To become a culturally diverse church, that embraces all races, genders, and denominations. We see all people of different backgrounds as God’s creation with a call and purpose upon their life. We aim to teach and empower like-minded individuals to desire the spirit-filled life in Jesus Christ through the word of God.

Anointed Teaching

We have a dynamic team of ministers and teachers at World Changers Empowerment center. We understand the importance of you having access to purposeful teaching and sermons. Our goal is to keep you encouraged and that’s why we bring you a weekly word in person every Sunday at 10:30AM and a virtual word every Wednesday at 6:30PM.

Prayer is a priority

We have intercessory prayer twice a week. Join us virtually every Saturday at 11AM as we pray for you. You can also join us in person before our Sunday service at 10:30AM.

Here’s what I Peter 4:10-11 says about serving:

4:10 Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. 4:11 If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ.

  • Are you anointed to make a joyful noise to the Lord? Do you love to usher others into the presence of God? Consider joining WCEC praise and worship team.

  • If you love feeding the less fortunate, or providing resources for those in need, the Outreach Ministry is the perfect ministry for you to serve in with fellow believers.

  • Do you have a passion for hospitality? If you’re a warm and loving individual that’s kind by nature; we would love to have you join our greeters team. You’ll help us make visitors feel comfortable from the moment they join World Changers Empowerment Center.

We’re in the process of building our new facility that will be located on Wilmer Avenue near the Anniston City Meeting Center. We believe that God is orchestrating a divine plan to help us reach our goal. We’re the city’s church. We’re here to serve. We’re here for three reasons:

World Changers Empowerment Center is located in Anniston, Alabama. God planted our ministry in the Anniston community to not only serve the citizens with resources, but to offer them Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. We believe that there is work to be done in the city of Anniston and we are eager to join the ONE CITY ONE VISION movement.
